Paul Kilcoyne was instructed by Trevor Hall of Thompsons Solicitors (Newcastle-Upon-Tyne) to represent a Commonwealth soldier who developed NFCI injuries to both hands and feet as a result of being exposed to extreme weather temperatures on a training exercise.

Soldier A’s injuries resulted in his early medical discharge. The case settled at a JSM for £325,000
