Paul Kilcoyne, instructed by Zoe Sutton of Slater and Gordon Lawyers acted for an RFA officer who sustained a wrist injury following a tripping incident on board ship. The injury prevented further service at sea.

Compensation of £205,000 net of Civil Service pension and Injury Benefits was achieved at a Settlement Meeting.
