On Friday 2nd July 2016, in The Hague, Netherlands, Karim was elected to the first Executive Council of the International Criminal Court Bar Association (ICCBA). Dato’ Shyamala was elected to the Victim’s Committee. The ICCBA represents Victims and Defence Counsel appearing before the ICC and seeks to advance Defence and Victim related issues before the Court.
