For the last four years, Chambers has provided a speaker for the PM(A) Strategic Detention Seminar, the Army’s course for detention specialists at the Defence School of Policing and Guarding. This week Nicholas Moss KC is again an invited speaker, providing a lecture on how the Baha Mousa Inquiry has helped shape Army Detention Policy.
The course covers a wide variety of topics, with speakers from the ICRC, Human Rights groups, counter terrorism specialists, detention inspectorates and international legal specialists.
