On 5 November 2018, Tariq Sadiq spoke with Lady Justice Simler on the topic of Religion in the Workplace at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP in London. The lecture was chaired by Sir Michael Burton, the former President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Topics included the cases on philosophical belief, issues surrounding manifesting religious belief in the workplace and the ECHR cases in Eweida/Ladele and Lee v Ashers Bakery Ltd the so called Gay Cake case.
