Myles Grandison discussed the potential impact that Brexit is likely to have on the European Arrest Warrant at ECLAN’s annual conference in Brussels.
Whilst, post Brexit, the default position will be to conduct new extradition proceedings under the European Convention on Extradition, Myles highlighted a number of disadvantages that this approach will have over the existing model.
