3 Members of Chambers appear at preliminary hearing held by IICSA

On Tuesday 24 September 2019 the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) held a preliminary hearing in its investigation into institutional responses to allegations of child sexual abuse involving the late Lord Janner of Braunstone KC.  The preliminary hearing considered directions for the future conduct of the investigation.  A transcript of the hearing can be found at the link below.

Three members of Temple Garden Chambers appeared at the preliminary hearing:  Andrew O’Connor KC appeared as Counsel to the Inquiry; Cathryn McGahey KC represented the Secretary of State for Education; and Sian Reeves represented the Home Office.
