Aidan Ellis argues Dr Gaddafi’s appeal against the admissibility of his case before the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court.
Dr Gaddafi argues that his case should not be admissible before the International Court because he has already been tried in Libya.
The Appeals Chambers of the International Criminal Court has listed a two day hearing to address Dr Gaddafi’s Appeal against the Pre-Trial Chamber’s Decision that his case is admissible at the ICC. Aidan Ellis, led by Essa Faal, is presenting Dr Gaddafi’s oral argument to the ICC.
