We are writing to update you on our policies and procedures in relation to Coronavirus.
Temple Garden Chambers takes the health and safety of our clients, members and staff as paramount and is our overriding concern at this time.
In line with Chambers policy and the UK Government’s advice* please do not visit Chambers if you have:
The following symptoms – either:
• Believe you may have come into close contact with someone who has returned from an Affected Area and have not yet self-isolated for 14 days, or
• Believe you may have had contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus and have not yet self-isolated for 14 days, or
• Have returned from one of the listed Category 2 countries and subsequently developed symptoms.
We wish to assure you that we will continue to do our very best to look after all of our clients’ needs and to continue to operate Chambers so far as possible, as usual.
We are implementing working systems that will allow for barristers and support staff to work from home.
Telephone & video conference calls are available for any of our clients.
We are doing everything we can to make Chambers run as effectively as possible, and to continue to provide a professional service.
We have a working Covid-19 committee and we are continuing to hold meetings and monitor developments and make changes to our policy and procedures as and when required.
