A Practical Guide to Extradition Law Post-Brexit

30/11/2020

3rd December 2020

The United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union will have a profound impact on cross-border co-operation in criminal matters.

The legal instruments that have been used by Member States for the past 17 years will no longer apply to the United Kingdom when the transition period ends on 31st December 2020. Key amongst those instruments is the European Arrest Warrant.

A Practical Guide to Extradition Law post-Brexit is intended to guide the practitioner through the extradition procedure under the E European Convention on Extradition 1957, as it re-emerges as the framework governing our extradition arrangements.

Our webinar will be a brief preview of the book.
