Paul Kilcoyne as Lead Counsel was instructed by Irwin Mitchell Sheffield to represent a former RN officer who sustained significant brain injuries following a car accident. The Claimant was left lacking capacity.
Disputes arose as to nursing/care needs and likely RN career development, but for the accident. Following a JSM in the summer of 2020 the settlement was approved at a video hearing before Her Honour Judge Richardson sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge.
