Paul Kilcoyne was instructed by Andrew Buckham Partner at Irwin Mitchell Southampton to represent a soldier who suffered a serious spinal fracture and spinal cord injury following a gymnastic accident.
Liability was initially admitted but the MOD applied unsuccessfully to resile from the admission. The case settled at a JSM.
