Rodney Dixon KC will be speaking from the Hague tomorrow at 5:30pm UK time on cross-border international crimes.
This follows the filing at the ICC on Monday of a submission regarding the alleged genocide and crimes against humanity committed against Uyghur and other Turkic peoples. The submission sets out the case that the ICC has jurisdiction over the international crimes committed by Chinese officials against Uyghur and other Turkic peoples because its officials have acted on the territory of ICC States Parties to round up thousands of victims and deport them into China where they suffer the same persecution as Uyghurs already in China.
