The conference is running across three days, featuring research and diversity based talks, highlighting issues with inequality gaps within academia and other spheres.
Zeenat’s talk on 13 July is titled ‘”A radical rethink of the EDI narrative: Towards a justice centred approach.”
She will examine why much of the current discourse surrounding diversity, equality and inclusion is problematic and why there is a need for a roots based analysis towards a more justice centred approach.
