Chambers is proud to announce that TGC will be partnering with LexisNexis to put together the 16th Edition of Binghams’ Personal Injury and Motor Claims Cases that is expected to be published in late 2023. General Editor Anthony Johnson is heading a team of 30 contributors from the TGC personal injury team, with support kindly offered by other Members of Chambers.
Binghams was first published back in 1946 and serves as a practical resource for all practitioners dealing with personal injury litigation and other claims arising out of road traffic accidents. It covers all aspects of liability, quantum, procedure, costs and insurance that frequently arise in the context of such claims. Chambers intends to build on the hard work of the previous editorial team and produce an updated edition that takes into account all of the major and less major changes in both motor and personal injury litigation since the previous edition. The size and depth of Chambers’ PI team, along with the sheer breadth of the matters within which its Members have expertise and expertise, will place TGC in a unique position to enhance a publication of this nature.
