Extradition requests are being heard for the first time in respect of Kuwait in proceedings this week, with further hearings in February, at Westminster Magistrates Court. Rodney Dixon KC with Ben Keith (5 St Andrew’s Hill) is representing a Kuwaiti national residing in the UK whose extradition is sought by Kuwait concerning allegations of fraud.
