On 8 February, Kathryn Howarth appeared in the Court of Appeal, Civil Division in a hearing which concerned the Upper Tribunal’s decision to reject the appeal of a young Egyptian asylum seeker on the basis of his credibility as a witness.
The hearing was live streamed from the Court of Appeal and was heard by Lady Justice King, Lord Justice Singh and Lord Justice Warby. Judgement was reserved.
