| Rhys Davies has been selected to attend the Guantanamo Military Commissions as an NGO observer on behalf of the Association of Defence Counsel practising before the International Courts and Tribunals (ADC-ICT). The Military Commissions at Guantanamo Bay were created by the Bush administration in 2001 to try non-U.S.-citizens suspected in terrorism cases. Rhys will attend the commission proceedings this summer. |
