Rodney Dixon KC has just returned from Duhok in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, where CIGE is based. He has been appointed to assist CIGE, which was established by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), with developing cases against ISIS perpetrators for the international crimes committed against the civilian population including the Yezidi people in Iraqi Kurdistan. This includes cases that could be pursued through universal jurisdiction in other States. Rodney is instructed by Global Rights Compliance LLP.
