Supreme Court rules on the standard of proof applicable before the Parole Board

In allowing the Parole Board’s appeal against the Court of Appeal’s finding that guidance on how to treat allegations was unlawful, the Supreme Court held that risk may be assessed without the Parole Board having to find every foundation had been proven. Myles Grandison appeared on behalf of the Secretary of State for Justice.
