Brook House Inquiry publishes Final Report

The Brook House Inquiry is a public inquiry set up to investigate mistreatment of individuals who were detained at Brook House IRC between 1 April 2017 and 31 August 2017, as shown in the BBC Panorama programme “Under-Cover: Britain’s Immigration Secrets” aired on 4 September 2017.

Saoirse Townshend and Paul Erdunast were part of the team of counsel to the Inquiry, led by Brian Altman KC and instructed by Ellis Pinnell
