| The Supreme Court has today handed down its judgment in the appeals arising out of the Home Secretary’s policy to relocate asylum seekers arriving in the UK by small boats or other dangerous journeys to Rwanda to have their asylum claims determined there. Sian Reeves, instructed by the Government Legal Department, was junior counsel to the Home Secretary, as she was in the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal below.
