We are delighted to announce that Kathryn Howarth has been appointed as a Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Kathryn’s appointment will take effect from 21 May 2024. Alongside her new role, Kathryn will continue to be available for instruction in all of the areas in which she practices.
