Nicholas Moss KC and Richard Boyle have been instructed as Counsel to the Inquiry for the Southport Inquiry. The Inquiry will hold its initial hearings this week, starting at Liverpool Town Hall on 8 July 2025. The hearings will feature Sir Adrian Fulford’s opening statement, followed by accounts from families of affected children.
