Temple Garden Chambers are delighted to announce that Cathryn McGahey KC has been appointed as a Deputy High Court Judge, with effect from 1st September 2025.
The Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Rt Honourable Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill, has appointed 24 Deputy High Court Judges under section 9(4) of the Senior Courts Act 1981, each for a single fixed term of six years.
