We are pleased to share that Mark James and Russell Hopkins have been included in the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List for England and Wales. This list highlights solicitors and barristers who have contributed at least 25 hours of pro bono legal work during the previous calendar year.
Now in its third year, the Pro Bono Recognition List has the endorsement of the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill. It was created with the backing of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee and is supported by the Bar Council, the Law Society, Advocate, and other leading pro bono organisations.
In 2026, a total of 5,550 lawyers were recognised across England and Wales, including 700 barristers.
