Temple Garden Chambers is delighted to announce the arrival of Tom Cockroft to Chambers.
Tom specialises in public law and extradition. He undertakes a range of high-profile work for government departments and has recently been promoted from the Attorney General’s C Panel to the B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.
Much of Tom’s current practice involves large-scale national security litigation and public inquiries. He is also regularly instructed in extradition cases, complex inquests and judicial review proceedings.
