James represented the Claimant at her successful split trial on liability in 2023 and later at the quantum ENE in 2025. The claimant suffered a mild TBI but went on to develop focal epilepsy with visual hallucinations, chronic pain and neuropsychiatric sequelae. The claim settled for £340,000 with both parties making compromises between their respective cases.
