Rodney Dixon KC is acting as Counsel for the Government of Afghanistan in proceedings before the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Afghanistan Situation in respect of alleged international crimes committed during the conflict.
Appeared in proceedings before the ICC Appeals Chamber in the Prosecutor’s appeal on her application to open an ICC investigation, and currently acting in deferral proceedings for the ICC investigation to be deferred to the Afghan national authorities.
