The Metropolitan Police, a number of NHS trusts and the London Ambulance Service were also represented as interested persons in addition to the Family.
The inquest explored mental health provision in the community, including the arrangement of Mental Health Act assessments, police detention and section 136 procedures and issues surrounding seclusion and emergency response in the context of in-patient mental healthcare.
