Ellen Robertson acted for two NHS Wales Health Boards in an unusual inquest into the death of a young woman with complex gastroenterological conditions.
The deceased, a young woman, after several years of complications, took the step of refusing all treatment or feeding, and died of malnutrition as a result. The inquest considered her gastroenterological care as well as her capacity to refuse treatment.
