Acted on behalf of the parents & partner of Xavier Thomas who died in the London Terrorist Attack. Central issue in the case was whether there was an opportunity lost to provide improved security measures on London Bridge prior to the attach. Coroner ruled that there was an arguable breach of the systemic duty to protect life in relation to the security arrangements on London Bridge.
