Ellen represented a bereaved mother in a claim arising out of a fatal car accident. The mother was now raising the deceased’s young daughter. The deceased was a young woman who was in the process of beginning a new career at the time of her death, adding some complexity to the dependency claim.
The claim settled for a significant six-figure sum. Ellen was instructed by Ian Whittaker of Irwin Mitchell.
