Submitted a ground-breaking communication to the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights on behalf of Mishana Hosseinioun, which became one of the first cases which the African Commission submitted to the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
Both the Court and the Commission imposed interim measures on Libya. The Court ultimately concluded that Libya had violated the rights of Dr Gaddafi.
