George Davies was involved in a successful mediation of a High Court claim on behalf of a claimant who was seeking substantial damages against a high street bank for exacerbation of a psychiatric illness and for loss of earnings.
The damages were said to have been brought on by the bank’s fraudulent and / or negligent actions and / or breaches of the Mortgage Conduct of Business Rules (MCOB) when the defendant bank mis-sold unsuitable mortgage products to the claimant.
