Acted in complaint proceedings before Ofcom on behalf of persons who claimed that they had been treated unfairly and unjustly and had their privacy infringed due to broadcasts in the UK by a foreign news channel. Substantial fines were imposed on the news channel for the broadcasts and civil proceedings are now underway.
