I have been a common law practitioner since 1977, specialising in the above, now primarily engaged in regulatory work for the General Medical Council, the General Dental Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Royal College for Veterinary Surgeons.

My principle practice is in professional discipline where I have extensive experience since circa 2000. I have a deep knowledge of the relevant statutory and case law in the field and am an enthusiastic draftsman or contributor to panel determinations.
