Experience

Daniel has developed a multi-disciplinary practice specialising in Public Inquiries, Inquests and Professional Discipline & Regulatory Law.

Having previously practised in Criminal Law, Daniel has considerable advocacy experience for someone of his call having appeared in the full-range of criminal and quasi-criminal hearings. Daniel appeared in numerous criminal trials before a jury in matters such as Fraud, Money Laundering, Drugs Supply and Serious Violent offences. As a result, Daniel is a skilled advocate with significant experience of witness handling including questioning of expert witnesses across a range of subject matters.

Daniel’s advocacy experience allowed a smooth transition into Inquests and Professional Discipline & Regulatory matters. His experience will assist him further in developing his practice into Health & Safety and Civil Fraud.
