Salisbury Novichok attack: Temple Garden Chambers involved in judicial review

Cathryn McGahey QC and Nicholas Moss have been involved in the judicial review (before Bean LJ and Lewis J) concerning the scope of the Inquest into the death of Dawn Sturgess, who died following the use of Novichok in Salisbury.

Cathryn McGahey QC led by Sir James Eadie QC represented the Home Secretary.

Nicholas Moss represented the Coroner.

Judgment has been reserved.
