Cathryn McGahey KC and Nicholas Moss KC have been involved in the judicial review (before Bean LJ and Lewis J) concerning the scope of the Inquest into the death of Dawn Sturgess, who died following the use of Novichok in Salisbury.

Cathryn McGahey KC led by Sir James Eadie KC represented the Home Secretary.

Nicholas Moss KC represented the Coroner.
