TGC welcomes a new tenant to Chambers

TGC are delighted to announce that Russell Hopkins has accepted an invitation to join Temple Garden Chambers. Russell qualified as a solicitor in 2008, spent time as a judicial assistant to Lord Collins and Lord Wilson and some years with Herbert Smith Freehills before being Called to the Bar in 2018.

Russell has established a very impressive practice in the fields of business and human rights, group actions, corporate liability, international criminal law and jurisdiction disputes. He has experience of several trials and appeals at international criminal tribunals and is involved in a number of significant cases including the vehicle emissions litigation and Fundão Dam disaster litigation (Municipio de Mariana and others v BHP Group).
