The second edition of “An Introduction to the Law of Driverless Cars”, will be published in early November.
Alex Glassbrook, Emma Northey and Scarlett Milligan update the reader, in light of the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018, which was enacted in July 2018. When Part 1 of the Act, dealing with automated vehicles, comes into force it will alter the law of road transport profoundly. The book describes the Act in detail, and addresses the many queries which it generates.
