Inquests into the deaths of Mr Yves Gloaguen and Mr Pascal Le Floch (concerning the loss of the Bugaled Breizh vessel)

Harriet Wakeman, led by Jonathan Hough QC, is  instructed as Counsel to the Inquests, in the Bugaled Breizh inquests, which started today.

The inquests concern the deaths of two French fishermen, Mr Le Floch and Mr Gloaguen, who died when a fishing trawler, Bugaled Breizh, capsized off the coast of Cornwall on 15 January 2004.

The inquests are being held at the Royal Courts of Justice before HHJ Lickley QC and are expected to last for three weeks.
