The inquest in to the death of Thomas Orchard has resumed today who died after being arrested and restrained at a police station in Exeter in 2012.
The inquest being held before a jury at Exeter and Greater Devon Coroner’s Court, at County Hall, Exeter, and is expected to last until 15 December.
Nicholas Moss KC and Harriet Gilchrist are instructed as Counsel to the Inquest.
